“A Baltimore Pediatric Primary Care Clinic will be opening in the fall of 2024. The design goal of this project is to support kids from birth to age eighteen (18) by providing seamless interactions for patients and families. The design should include spaces that support healing, intuitive wayfinding, and evoke confidence and trust for children from birth through eighteen (0-18) years old, their siblings, and their families”.

FLOOR PLAN, NTS
The Harbor Health Pediatric Clinic in Baltimore, Maryland features a fluid, curvilinear floor plan that mimics the natural flow of water. Many of the elements in this design are intentionally created to highlight Baltimore’s seaport history and culture. This includes the light blue carpeting, the rough wood posts and ceiling timbers that mimic driftwood, the iridescent and wavy ornamental ceiling fixtures that represent waves, and the stone reception counters and plant holders throughout.
